Daniela Matei is a professional with over 28 years of experience in fields such as project management, payment analysis, and human resources administration. A Romanian and British citizen, based in Canada, Matei has obtained prestigious international certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) from the Project Management Institute. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions at important institutions such as PPJV, where she led complex integration processes for credit unions and coordinated the migration of over 30 financial institutions, demonstrating a remarkable ability to manage multi-phase initiatives in high-pressure environments. In recent years, Daniela has focused her expertise on specialized areas of finance and payroll. She worked at the Canadian Federation of Independent Business, where she advanced from the position of Payroll Specialist to Senior Payroll Benefits Specialist over a period of approximately eight years, managing complex aspects of Canadian and American payroll legislation and reporting. Currently, she works as a Payroll Analyst at IQVIA in Kirkland, Quebec, where Daniela Matei is recognized as a dedicated leader and mentor who shares knowledge with her teams, being appreciated for her integrity, attention to detail, and ability to optimize organizational processes.
