About
Olesea Azevedo is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at AdventHealth. In this role, she defines, develops, and implements system-wide human resources strategies. Previously, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Florida Blue/GuideWell, Florida’s largest health insurer. Prior to that, she held the position of Assistant Vice President for HR Leadership and Employee Communications at Baptist Health South Florida, as well as Corporate Director of Human Resources. Azevedo holds an MBA from Northern Illinois University and a bachelor’s degree from Andrews University.
