Viorica Palamarciuc is a professional with an impressive career in international development and project management, with over 18 years of cumulative experience. She holds a PhD in Political Science from the Humanistic Academy in Poland and a Master's degree in Philosophy from the State University of Moldova. Her professional trajectory has included positions as Project Manager and Deputy Head of Eurasia Region at ERIM International, a non-profit organization dedicated to civic and social development, where she currently holds the position of Head of Eurasia Region since October 2023. Her work in the social sector has been marked by direct involvement in numerous reform and legal empowerment projects in Moldova. Previously, she worked with prestigious institutions such as the Soros-Moldova Foundation, where she coordinated significant projects in the fields of education and legal protection between 2014 and 2016. She was also involved in USAID local support programs and served as a lecturer at the University of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova, contributing to the training of personnel in areas relevant to social-civic development. Her experience also extended to IREX Europe and other international organizations. Palamarciuc stands out for her dedication to high standards in monitoring and evaluation, having been certified by the International Training Centre of the ILO with a specialized M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) program completed in 2023.
