Raised in the Republic of Moldova, she has accumulated vast experience through activities in prestigious institutions such as the National Bank of Moldova, where she worked as an economist in the banking regulation and supervision department, and the European Commission, where she managed research and innovation programs within Horizon 2020. Her professional journey has been marked by involvement in youth and European mobility policies, areas in which she has distinguished herself as a member of the European Youth Forum and a project coordinator at the National Youth Council of Moldova. Since 2017, Aurelia Petrov has been working at Innate Motion, a reputable international consultancy in brand positioning and organizational strategy, and since 2020, she has held the position of Partner and Business Humanizer.
