Victoria Cembarțeva is a poet, prose writer, and translator of Moldovan origin, born in 1973 in Chișinău. A member of the Association of Russian Writers in Moldova since 2009 and the Union of Writers of Moscow since 2011, she has established herself on the international literary scene through her participation in numerous forums and festivals dedicated to literary creation. Her works have been published in literary magazines in Moldova, Russia, and abroad, and her poetry and prose have been translated into several languages, including English, Italian, Romanian, Armenian, and Uzbek. Her career is marked by multiple prestigious distinctions and awards. Victoria Cembarțeva is a laureate of the International Literature Prize "Silver Archer" (Los Angeles, 2010), the VIII International Voloshin Literature Competition (short prose, 2010), the International Competition of Russian Poets Abroad "Wandering Wind" (Rome, 2010), and the Kazakh Literature Prize "Altyn Kalam-2011" in the Foreign Literature category. She also received the "Grigor Narekatsi" Medal from the Ministry of Culture of Armenia for her significant contribution to the development of cultural cooperation between Armenia and foreign countries. Victoria Cembarțeva lives in Chisinau, where she continues her creative and translation work. She is an editor of a section in the literary magazine "Russkie Pole" and has contributed to the compilation and translation of important bilingual anthologies of contemporary Armenian and Russian poetry. Her involvement in the organization and coordination of international literary festivals, such as "Bîsarabia Toamnei" and "Accentele," demonstrates her deep commitment to promoting literature and cultural dialogue in the Moldova region.
