Anna Susarenco is a visionary leader and leadership coach, founder of iDoLead Network, a global initiative created to support professionals who wish to transition from "surviving" in their roles to authentic leadership, guided by clarity, purpose, and joy. Based in the London area, Anna brings over 15 years of expertise in team management, accumulated in prestigious institutions such as the UN, UNICEF, UNESCO, NDI, Caritas, and within the Government of the Republic of Moldova. Her extensive experience has revealed a systemic problem: many capable and experienced leaders become exhausted, disconnected from their purpose, and driven by constant pressure. In this context, iDoLead was designed as a transformation hub offering: 1:1 Coaching: Personalized sessions for leaders who want to rediscover their enthusiasm and effectiveness. In her nearly 10 years with UNESCO-APCEIU (Seoul), she has coordinated complex projects, from developing platforms for youth to facilitating international advocacy processes. As a Core Team Advisor for the GCE Youth Network, Anna orchestrated development strategies and supported the training of young leaders through advocacy workshops, strengthening their capacity to drive local and national change. Previously, in her role as Development Manager at Caritas Czech Republic, Anna demonstrated excellence in coordinating humanitarian strategies, managing relationships with international donors, and formulating complex project proposals. This rare combination of public diplomacy, humanitarian management, and performance coaching allows Anna to offer unique insights. She not only understands the complex challenges of governance and development cooperation but also knows how to equip leaders with the necessary tools to navigate this complex environment while remaining true to their own values.
