Ana Groza is a remarkable professional in the legal and administrative field in the Republic of Moldova, with a career spanning over 21 years marked by leadership positions in the public and associative sectors. A graduate of the State University of Moldova, where she obtained her degree and master's in Public Law between 1997 and 2002, she has accumulated expertise in international law, public law, data protection, and policy analysis. She began her career as a legal consultant at the Ministry of Finance (2003-2005), then advanced to senior consultant at the State Chancellery (2005-2012), contributing to the development of essential government policies for the country's social and economic development. Currently, Ana Groza holds the position of Executive Director of the Association of Foreign Investors of Moldova (since 2017), where she promotes foreign direct investment and public-private dialogue for social cohesion and sustainability. She is also a Candidate Member for Enlargement at the European Economic and Social Committee (since 2024), representing Moldova's interests in the European context. Notable collaborations include consultant roles at MCA-Moldova (2013-2015) and UNICEF Moldova (2012), where she worked on child justice projects, strengthening her expertise in sensitive social areas such as the protection of vulnerabilities and sustainable development.
