Vlada Lisenco is a remarkable specialist in international and European law, holding a habilitated doctorate from Lomonosov Moscow State University, specializing in public international law. Her academic career includes the position of university lecturer and advisor to the rector for international development at the University of European Studies of Moldova, where she teaches and contributes to European cooperation programs.
