About

Nina Hariton has made a name for herself in the Republic of Moldova through her passion for gastronomy, becoming the first woman in the history of the show "Chefi la cuțite," season 11 on Antena 1, to receive three golden knives simultaneously in the pre-selections, later choosing chef Sorin Bontea's team. At just 31-33 years old, she won the competition, obtaining the prize of 30,000 euros, after an impressive journey marked by emotional moments, including intense semi-finals and finals. Her performance was supported by solid experience in French cuisine, acquired in Paris, where she studied gastronomy and worked for five years in haute cuisine restaurants, including a brasserie belonging to chef John Carlino. Having lived in Paris for eight years, where she works as a real estate agent to balance her career with family life, Nina has collaborated with prestigious French culinary institutions and participated in subsequent shows, such as a culinary event in Milan. Initially giving up her theater studies in Galați to follow love to France, she transformed her passion for cooking – born from student experiments in Romania – into a professional career, even launching a recipe book "Pas cu pas" and appearing on shows like "Super Neatza." Nina Hariton's personal life is marked by a love story that began at a party in the Republic of Moldova, where she met her husband, who is based in France; the couple has a daughter of about 8 years old, whom they involve in their passion for cooking. Raised in a simple family in Moldova, with a strict father and an indulgent mother, Nina represents a symbol of the determination of Moldovan women abroad.
