Ruxanda Reniță is a Moldovan professional with a remarkable career in social development and sustainability, built across multiple continents. After graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Art Management in 2013, she continued her studies at Oglethorpe University in the United States, where she developed a global perspective on social issues. Her professional path included prestigious positions at Habitat for Humanity International, where she worked in the field of government relations and corporate partnerships, contributing to advocacy and government relations initiatives. Her career has significantly expanded into the sustainable development and corporate social responsibility sector. Ruxanda held important positions at Accenture, where she led the Community of Practice for the Eradication of Human Trafficking, and later positioned herself as a Fellow for Responsible Leadership at the World Economic Forum. Currently, she serves as the Director of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Programs at RE Tech Advisors, a company specializing in sustainability and climate change solutions. She is also the co-founder and CEO of Urban Catalyst Lab, an initiative that promotes urban transformation and social innovation. Ruxanda's commitment to culture and intercultural diplomacy was also reflected in her initial artistic projects, including the exhibition Planetary Man, a Moldovan-Cuban collaboration that took place in Budapest. She was designated the Science-Policy Interface Focal Point for Habitat III, demonstrating her active role in shaping global policies on housing and sustainable urban development. Through all these activities, Ruxanda Renița remains an ambassador for progressive values and positive social change, connecting Moldova with international initiatives for sustainability and social equity.
