Daniela Costin, originally from the Republic of Moldova, has made a name for herself in the fashion industry through the launch and organization of the Miss Continental UK beauty pageant, an innovative event that promotes the diversity and real beauty of women, without restrictions on age, size, or marital status. At just 17 years old, in 2017, she founded Continental Modeling Agency and organized the first edition of the pageant in London, attracting hundreds of participants and gaining international recognition, with generous prizes and support for the UK Teenage Cancer Trust. With her own experience as a former contestant in Miss Teen Galaxy, Miss Europe Continental, and other competitions, Daniela has transformed industry barriers into an inclusive platform where personality and charisma are prioritized over physical appearance. As a dynamic entrepreneur, Daniela has expanded her business activities in the United Kingdom by establishing several companies, including Pageants Planet Ltd and R&D Events Limited, which are involved in organizing fashion events and pageants, as well as LuXX Designer Fashion Ltd, dedicated to fashion design. Recently, in 2025, she was appointed National Director of Miss Grand United Kingdom, preparing the national competition for Miss Grand International, with a focus on professional training, editorial photoshoots, and the promotion of cultural diversity. At the age of 18, she organized a large-scale fashion show in London, demonstrating exceptional management skills and strategic vision in a competitive field. Based in London, Daniela Costin combines her A-level studies with a part-time job as a real estate agent and a passion for ballroom dancing, while also dedicating herself to managing ambitious projects in the fashion industry. Initial challenges, such as organizational stress and finding expensive locations in the British capital, forged her, helping her lose as much as 4 kg in one week due to pressure, but they led to notable successes, including contracts for models and a loyal community. Inspired by her own experience as an immigrant who learned English and grew in confidence, Daniela promotes inner beauty and breaking stereotypes, leaving a legacy of empowerment for women in the UK and beyond.
