Currently, Doina holds the position of Global Director of Operations, Strategy, and Transformation at TE Connectivity, one of the world's leading manufacturing companies, where she leads operational transformation initiatives aimed at generating over one billion dollars in value over a five-year period. Her career reflects a passion for sustainability and regulatory compliance, areas in which she has actively contributed to the development of ESG strategies and compliance policies for corporate portfolios in the capital investment sector.
