As a seasoned leader, Ina excels in designing workflows, implementing technology solutions, and managing cross-functional teams, ensuring both efficiency and compliance across all operations. Prior to joining Venturi, Ina held various senior operations roles at prominent RIAs and financial institutions, where she led process improvements, managed vendor relationships, and implemented key technology systems. She is known for her collaborative approach, strong problem-solving skills, and dedication to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ina holds an MBA with honors in Management and Finance from Rollins College and is an active member of HIFON, reflecting her commitment to operational excellence within the wealth management industry. Outside of her professional life, Ina and her husband, Tony, are proud parents to daughters, Mila and Rosie. Together, they love spending time outdoors, whether it's fishing and boating, building sandcastles on the beach, or discovering fun playgrounds and good restaurants. In her free time, Ina enjoys playing sports and immersing herself in biographies and fictional stories about strong and inspirational women.
