She began her professional activity in 2008 at Moldcell, TeliaSonera Group, where she worked as a marketing specialist, responsible for product portfolio management and service monitoring. After more than five years of experience in the telecommunications sector, she transitioned to the field of finance and administration, joining the Big Bang ERP team in 2014. There, she progressively held the positions of accounting clerk, administrative assistant, and senior accounting analyst, before becoming Director of Finance in 2016. In her role as Director of Finance at Big Bang, Aliona Starih supervises the company's financial and accounting operations, a consulting firm specializing in digital transformation and business process optimization. Her responsibilities include aligning and optimizing technologies, supporting organizational growth, and planning digital strategy. Throughout her career, she has gained expertise in using top ERP and CRM systems such as Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, Rootstock, ServiceNow, FinancialForce, and NetSuite, collaborating with global partners to implement business optimization solutions. Her team in the Finance and Accounting department at Big Bang includes specialists in accounting and financial analysis. Aliona Starih's academic background reflects her dedication to professional development and expertise in the field. She graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova with a Bachelor's degree in Economic Cybernetics and Informatics (2007) and a certificate in accounting (2008). To further solidify her knowledge in professional accounting, she pursued advanced training programs at HEC Montréal, earning a certificate in Access to the Accounting Profession - CPA (2018) and a Master's degree in Professional Accounting - CPA (2021).
