Ruxanda Berlinschi is a renowned economist originally from the Republic of Moldova, who obtained her PhD in economics in 2009 from the Toulouse School of Economics in France. Currently, she works as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the KU Leuven Brussels Campus in Belgium, where she teaches courses such as Microeconomics for Business, Managerial Economics, Research Methods in Business, and International Economics. Her research focuses on international migration, human capital, globalization, economic development, and the cultural impact of migration, with publications in prestigious journals such as International Migration Review, Post-Soviet Affairs, Journal of Common Market Studies, and Labour Economics.
