Ana Dorogan is a remarkable professional from the Republic of Moldova, based in the United States of America, where she has built an impressive career in higher education. A graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (2005-2008), she continued her studies at Monroe College, earning a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance (2009-2011), which she graduated from summa cum laude. With over 16 years of experience in education, Ana has rapidly advanced to leadership positions, becoming the Executive Director of Admissions Operations at , where she oversees a team of counselors and manages admissions technologies for over 100 specialists, successfully implementing CRM systems such as Salesforce and Slate. At Monroe University, a private institution founded in 1933 offering associate, bachelor's, and master's degree programs, Ana Dorogan successively held key roles, from Educational Advisor (2011-2014) and Director of the Welcome Center (2014-2018), to CRM Operations Director and Business Analyst (2017-2020), culminating in her current position as Executive Director of Admissions Operations since December 2020. An expert in CRM, data analysis, and operational management, she developed training programs for call centers, customer contact strategies, and KPIs that optimized processes from lead to enrollment, improving student experience and team efficiency. She also coordinated the implementation of Finesse software for call centers and contributed to smooth transitions to new technological platforms.
