About

Inna Rothmann, born in 1983 in the Republic of Moldova, during the Soviet era, graduated from university with a degree in English, French, and Spanish languages and literature. Her career began as a foreign language teacher and librarian at the only international school in Moldova, where she taught for six years, including English as a Foreign Language and Spanish. Subsequently, she became a country director for an international financial education project, quickly adapting to new fields through further studies in Germany, demonstrating remarkable versatility in education and consulting. Later, Inna settled in the United Arab Emirates, in Dubai, with her South African husband, whom she met during a vacation in Turkey. Inna began working as a freelance copywriter, writing over 1500 articles for fashion, beauty, and various other magazines. Her experience in Dubai inspired her first non-fiction books: "Cleaning the Closet: How a New Style Can Change Your Lifestyle," a collection of lifestyle articles, and "Surviving COVID-19 in a Foreign Land: Stories of Expats and Migrants Around the World," co-written with a friend during the pandemic. The pinnacle of her literary creation was the poetry collection "Multiversed: Poems of Dreams and Reality" (2021), influenced by her interest in quantum physics, which explores themes such as dreams, reality, love, and the multiverse. Inna Rothmann's personal life reflects a nomadic trajectory, marked by adaptability and intellectual curiosity. After marrying her South African husband, the couple lived temporarily in South Africa, Moldova, and Dubai, later moving to the United Kingdom, in West Sussex. Raised in the 1990s in Moldova, with memories of post-Soviet poverty and harsh winters, Inna values deep human connections and cultural diversity, traits that shine through in her writings about expat life and self-exploration.
