A Moldovan-born physician from Eastern Europe, he grew up in Bellevue, Washington, a region he considers home. He is married and cherishes the time spent with friends and family who live in the Seattle area. During his undergraduate studies in psychology, his passion for medicine began to take shape following a volunteer experience with the treatment program at Sound Mental Health. Subsequently, his work with children with special needs solidified his desire to pursue a medical career. In addition to his clinical skills, he is fluent in Russian. Medical Practice He discovered the Kaiser Permanente system during his residency at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine.
