About

Ina Gutium is a professional with extensive experience in human resources development and corporate services, who has dedicated her career to promoting social change and good governance. After founding an international non-governmental organization in Moldova focused on promoting grassroots democracy, she moved to Canada where she developed a remarkable career in the philanthropic and nonprofit sector. Ina holds an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from Grenoble Graduate School of Business in France and is a certified professional in the field. In July 2016, Ina Gutium joined the Ontario Trillium Foundation as its first Chief Talent Officer, a position that allowed her to make a significant contribution to the organization's development. She currently holds the position of Vice-President of Talent and Corporate Services, responsible for modernizing organizational processes and infrastructure, including the management of human resources, finance, information technology, and facilities management. Ina is also Chair of the Philanthropic Impact Taskforce at Philanthropic Foundations Canada and Chair of the Board of Vaughan Community Health Centre, demonstrating a consistent commitment to nonprofit leadership and community development. Through her work, Ina Gutium has been involved in several initiatives dedicated to community well-being and health services, serving on the boards of organizations such as Kids Come First. Her multidisciplinary experience in strategic planning, budget management, organizational leadership, and fundraising has positioned her as a key figure in promoting social innovation and better governance in the Canadian nonprofit sector.
