Dr. Finn is an attending anesthesiologist at Advanced Perioperative Medicine, PA Previously, Dr. Finn was an anesthesiologist at Mount Sinai Hospital (New York), CMC of Queens and Elmhurst (Elmhurst, New York), and Interface Medical Center (Brooklyn, New York). Dr. Finn received his medical degree from the State Medical School of Chisinau (Chisinau, USSR). He completed an internship in anesthesiology at Clinical Hospital No. 3 (USSR) and then joined Beth Israel Medical Center (New York, New York), where he completed an internship in internal medicine and his anesthesiology residency.
