Anzhela Dorogan is an internationally renowned wrestler, born on November 2, 1989, who initially represented the Republic of Moldova and later Azerbaijan in world freestyle wrestling competitions. Her debut in competitive sports was marked by intense training, starting in 2004, under the guidance of renowned coaches, including Petru Kiper, Petru Buюkli, and Viktor Peikov. She holds the title of International Master of Sport in freestyle wrestling and was selected for the national teams of both countries she represented. The most significant achievement of her career was winning the gold medal at the 2015 European Games held in Baku, where she triumphed in the 53 kg category against Roxana Zasinе from Poland. At the same tournament, she had an impressive run through the knockout stages, defeating opponents from Turkey, Hungary, and the Republic of Moldova. Dorogan also distinguished herself through her participation in world and European championships, where she won several bronze medals, solidifying her status as an elite athlete in the world of women's wrestling.
