The leaders I work with are not short on knowledge. What they navigate is the weight of complexity, the pace of change, and all that quietly accumulates along the way. For over 15 years, across more than 15 countries, I have partnered with leaders and teams during pivotal moments: offsite leadership, cultural transformation processes, and long-term development programs. I am an executive coach, facilitator, and organizational development consultant – and in every context, my work is about helping people lead with clarity, resilience, and psychological safety. My work is grounded in neuroscience and behavioral science: how we think, decide, connect, and adapt under pressure. Not as abstract theory, but as practical tools leaders can use the moment they walk back into the room. Underpinning all of this is a long-term commitment to regenerative leadership – helping organizations evolve towards models that restore, renew, and positively contribute to people, communities, and the planet. I believe high performance and sustainability are not in conflict. They require each other. With a background in business, economics, sustainability, human resources, well-being, and neuroscience, I bring an interdisciplinary perspective to challenges that rarely have a single, simple answer.
