As a university lecturer and Master of Art (Maestru în Artă), Tatiana Busuioc actively contributes to the academic and scientific life of the operatic field, publishing articles in the AMTAP journal on contemporary opera theatre, central female characters in verismo operas, and the interpretation of the role of Santuzza through the vision of Maria Bieșu. She defended a doctoral thesis on the features of interpreting the role of Santuzza in "Cavalleria rusticana", based on the absolute premiere staged at the "Maria Bieșu" National Opera and Ballet Theatre on April 3, 2022, where she played the leading role, integrating modern visions of scenography, stage movement, and vocal performance. Her achievements highlight excellence in combining tradition with innovation on the Moldovan stage. Coming from a family with a musical tradition, Tatiana Busuioc is the mother of soprano Olga Busuioc, a laureate of international competitions such as Operalia and Francesc Viñas, who inherited the passion for opera from her parents—her father Nicolae being a tenor. Although private details of her personal life remain discreet, the mother-daughter bond has strengthened a unique artistic relationship, marked by collaborations and mutual inspiration, contributing to the promotion of Moldovan opera worldwide.
