For over 23 years, she has passionately managed the organizational development of the ADV Romania Group, a promoter of the social economy in Romania, Moldova, and Ukraine. Social entrepreneur coordinating the activity of six social enterprises: ADV Foundation, UtilDeco, WISE Travel, JobDirect, SFA, and AFIN within the ADV Group. She is the founder of the "Social Enterprise Accelerator" cluster, which she manages. She has contributed to several strategic documents/programs in the field of social economy / social entrepreneurship: ROMANIA • Member of the National Commission for Social Economy. • Promoting the Social Economy Law and developing a favorable framework for the sector. • Contributor to the drafting of European programs and strategies in the fields of employment, combating poverty, and disability. • Grant administrator - 61 social enterprises established in Romania (financing of 6.1 million euros). • Author/contributor to over 25 research documents in the field of social economy. • Trainer and consultant - social economy and European projects. • Founding member of various platforms: FONSS, RISE, FOND. • Member of Club of Europe, ENSIE, Social Economy Europe, DIESES, D-WISE, RISE, FONSS, CCIFER, and EASPD Europe. Republic of MOLDOVA (independent expert for GIZ, ODIMM, Ministry of Economy, and Academy of Public Administration). • Drafting the internal regulations of the National Commission for Social Entrepreneurship. • Drafting the National Program for the Development of Social Entrepreneurship 2021-2025. • Drafting the procedures of the National Funding Program for Social Entrepreneurship 2021-2025 for ODIMM. • Establishment of 3 Social Innovation Labs in Chisinau, Cahul, Cantemir. • Establishment of a cross-border resource center in the field of social economy within the Academy of Public Administration.
