Alina Stoianov is an art enthusiast from the Republic of Moldova, recognized as a gallery promoter and manager, with an international career marked by over seven years of experience in promoting emerging and established artists. Her journey into the art world began in 2016 when she collaborated with Japanese artist Ben Mori, exhibiting his works at the Powder Art gallery in Niseko, Hokkaido, which she opened with investors from Hong Kong. Although the gallery was affected by the pandemic, Alina continued to organize exhibitions in Chisinau as Art Manager at Cartego, promoting local artists, and since 2022, she has been working as a Publisher Representative for Snap Collective, a Budapest-based platform dedicated to publishing and promoting international photographers and painters. Her current activities are focused in Hungary, at the Snap Collective hotspot in Budapest, where she is expanding her team to recruit artists from the region and Romania, with plans for development towards Asia. Previously, she studied at the International Academy of Film and Television in Cebu, Philippines, acquiring skills in art administration and sales, and worked in galleries in Japan, representing artists from Tokyo, Amsterdam, and New York. Alina is fascinated by classical sculptures at the Louvre, such as the Winged Victory of Samothrace or The Kiss of Cupid, admires the contemporary Chinese painter Qiu Sengxian, and studies the work of Hieronymus Bosch, integrating these influences into the promotion of contemporary art. Alina's personal life is closely linked to her passion for art, marked by her relationship with artist Ben Mori, who opened the doors to the international art world for her. Although details about her family remain private, her nomadic trajectory – from Chisinau to Japan, Hong Kong, and now Budapest – reflects a continuous search for beauty and creative connections. Through her work, Alina contributes to the global visibility of Moldovan artists, inspiring a new generation within the dynamic context of the Eastern European and Asian art markets.
