She completed her master's degree in DESS and International Administration at the University of Quebec - National School of Public Administration in 2012. With experience in government, Ludmila worked as a government consultant for over nine years. In this role, they contributed to strategic initiatives and policy development within the government sector. At the Ministry of Culture and Communications, Ludmila provides technical and administrative assistance for human resources, financial matters, and material resources.
