Elena Rudenco is a professional dancer with experience (over 30 years of dancing experience), instructor, coach, adjudicator, and co-owner of Fred Astaire Dance Studio – Fort Myers. Originally from the Republic of Moldova, Eastern Europe, Elena moved to the USA in 2008 and joined Fred Astaire Dance Studios. She started dancing at the age of 7 in her hometown, Tiraspol, and has traveled the world competing, teaching, coaching, and adjudicating. Together with her husband, Andrei Rudenco, she opened their first dance studio in 1996 in Tiraspol, Moldova. She has taught and coached hundreds of dancers, from beginner to professional level. Many of them are now FADS instructors and competitors in the USA. Elena is qualified at all levels as a dance instructor in all 4 dance styles. She is also qualified in the Silver Level Diploma in American Smooth and Rhythm, International Standard and Latin, Dance Director, and Adjudicator at Fred Astaire Dance Studios and NDCA.
