Geta Rasciuc is an internationally renowned Moldovan entrepreneur, known for her innovation in the field of ergonomic baby carriers. After a three-year break, she resumed the production of slings under the Choo-Choo brand in 2014, transforming a personal passion for motherhood into a successful business. Her expertise in design and functionality attracted the attention of mothers in Moldova, who appreciated both the comfort offered by her products and the benefits for the proper development of babies. Geta's international recognition came in 2014 when the Choo-Choo project was selected from over two thousand submissions to participate in the "Get in the ring" competition, presented in the press as the Olympic Games of business ideas. After winning the regional final in Bulgaria, she was one of the ten projects selected for the grand international final in Rotterdam in November 2014. Although the sling system differed from the technological projects presented by other participants, Geta's passionate promotion of the benefits of ergonomic babywearing and her authentic communication impressed both the jury and the public, consolidating her reputation as a professional in the field. Over time, Geta's innovations in babywearing systems have gone beyond the initial goal of making life easier for mothers in Moldova. Her products have been used in maternity wards in Ukraine, contributing to the saving and care of premature babies. Currently, she is active in the field of medical technology through the company XO Neonatal, developing smart slings with sensors and blockchain platforms for neonatal health monitoring, continuing to combine her passion for motherhood with advanced technological expertise.
