Anișoara Puică was born on November 17, 1967, in the village of Nicoreni, Drochia district, Republic of Moldova. After graduating from high school in 1985, she enrolled in 1986 at the "G. Muzicescu" State Conservatory (now the Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts), where she honed her musical talent. Her professional career was marked by her participation in the "Sing with Us" competition in 1985, where she won second prize, followed by an invitation to Moscow with a symphony orchestra, a moment that opened the doors to a successful career in light music. Throughout her career, Anișoara Puică established herself as one of the most acclaimed voices in the Moldovan music scene, participating in numerous international competitions and festivals. Among her distinctions are the awards obtained at the "With Song Through Life" festivals (1988), at the Light Music Festival in Romania (1991), as well as the awards from the "Maluri de Prut" festival (1997, 1999). In 2004, she was awarded the "Golden Microphone" and the title of "Most Elegant Performer of the Year." Many of her songs have been recorded and form the golden fund of the State Company "Teleradio-Moldova." Anișoara Puică collaborated with prestigious cultural institutions in the Republic of Moldova, including the National Orchestra „Lăutarii", with which she recorded an album of folk music released in 2013. Her songs, such as „My Whole Life is Love", „At the Well by the Gate", „If You Weren't There, My Love" and „Second Youth Has Begun", have become landmarks of the Moldovan musical repertoire, moving entire generations of listeners.
