After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, and Technology from Dunărea de Jos University of Galați, Romania, she continued her professional development in the United States, earning a Master's degree in Health Administration with an impressive GPA of 3.98 from Hofstra University. Fluent in four languages – Romanian, English, Russian, and French – Daniela has developed solid expertise in managing health programs and in intercultural communication. Throughout her career of over 12 years, Daniela Popa has held various specialist and management positions in prestigious healthcare institutions.
