Petra Pleșca is a young violinist from the Republic of Moldova, known for her talent and dedication in the field of classical music. The daughter of director Luminița Țâcu and actor Alexandru Pleșca, she grew up in a family environment steeped in art, which allowed her to develop her passion for the violin from childhood. Petra studies at the "Ciprian Porumbescu" Republican Music Lyceum in Chișinău, where she follows an intensive program that combines her specialty studies, orchestra participation, and theoretical courses, demonstrating remarkable dedication to her musical training. Petra's artistic career has been marked by notable successes in international competitions. At the prestigious "Eugen Coca" International Competition for Young Performers, the violinist won three important awards: First Prize in category C, the "Nicolae Buinovschi" Special Prize, and the Prize for the best performance of the piece "Konzertstück" by B. Dubosarschi. Her interpretations are distinguished by artistic sensitivity and emotion, being appreciated by both the audience and the jury for her profound approach to lyrical music and cantilena-type pieces, which she considers particularly important.
