Holding a Master's degree in Sustainable Territorial Development from the prestigious Erasmus Mundus program, undertaken in four European countries, she has consolidated her expertise in managing complex learning and professional development programs. With over 11 years of experience in the non-profit and international sector, Onofraș has specialized in creating innovative e-learning and training solutions, working with globally renowned organizations such as UNITAR and IOM. Her main roles have been concentrated in Belgium, where she worked as Project Coordinator at the European Association for Local Democracy (ALDA) and as an Assistant at the International Organization for Migration (IOM), holding positions that involved coordinating European Union-funded projects, facilitating transnational workshops, and managing strategic partnerships with European institutions and multilateral organizations. Her expertise includes designing training programs, training of trainers, full project cycle management, and networking capabilities at European and global levels, contributing to initiatives in the fields of democracy, social inclusion, and migration.
