Asya Kislyuk is a Moldovan professional in public policy and global affairs, with a remarkable career built at the intersection of diplomacy, government, and technology. After graduating from Indiana University with a degree in International Studies, she moved to Washington D.C., where she initially worked as an intern at the Department of State and later as a Senior Program Assistant at the National Democratic Institute, being involved in election observation missions, including in Ukraine alongside former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. Her early experience in diplomacy and government laid the foundation for a career dedicated to public relations and community engagement. Fluent in six languages, Kislyuk has progressively advanced in the tech sector, holding positions such as Deputy Director of Community Engagement at airbnb.com, where she coordinated advocacy programs with over 5,000 hosts and small businesses, and subsequently as Global Head of Economic Impact Programs at Instagram, where she led public relations strategies for tourism, hospitality, and small and medium-sized enterprises in the global market. Her most recent position was Director of Policy Programs at Roblox.com, where she works to develop programs that shape the future of technology and promote global connections in the digital creator and economy space. Originally from Moldova and raised in the Jewish community of Indianapolis, Kislyuk returned to Indiana during the pandemic to reconnect with her roots and community. She is the founder of her own consulting firm, AMK Strategies, and is known for strategic stakeholder relationship management, building supporter networks, and effective communications. Married to David, a fellow Hoosier she met in the nonprofit sector, she continues to dedicate herself to a mix of professional and cultural activities, including organizing a supper club with friends.
