About
Kristina Malimon, originally from Bălți, Republic of Moldova, has made a name for herself in the United States as a Republican activist from Portland, Oregon, becoming the vice president of the Oregon Young Republicans and a member of the Multnomah County Republican Party. Born in 1992, she has built a career in the social sphere through social media, where she has tens of thousands of followers on Instagram and other platforms, promoting conservative messages, fervent support for Donald Trump, and criticism of the 2020 election results, which she considers fraudulent. She also worked in wealth management at First Republic Bank and organized events such as the "Boaters for Trump" boat parade on the Willamette River, attracting national attention. She collaborated with American conservative organizations, including Turning Point USA, Falkirk Center, and the Portland Police Association, to which she donated a check for $6,663 as part of a "Trump Victory Oregon" event. Kristina participated in numerous pro-Trump rallies, including the Million MAGA March in Washington D.C., where she was photographed with figures such as Roger Stone and Donald Trump Jr., and volunteered as a poll watcher in Georgia, stating that she observed electoral irregularities. On January 6, 2021, she was arrested along with her mother, Yevgeniya Malimon, at the Capitol for unlawful entry and violation of curfew, an event that increased her visibility but generated controversy in Republican circles.
