Stela Koci is a remarkable professional in the field of international business development, with a career spanning over 20 years in engineering consulting and project management. A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana in 1989, specializing in Commercial Economics equivalent to a scientific master's degree, she completed her training with postgraduate studies in property valuation at the Faculty of Engineering in 2010 and a scientific master's degree in Business Administration for Management from New York University of Tirana in 2019. Currently, she holds the position of Senior Business Development Expert and Project Director at Eptisa Engineering Consulting Company SEE, contributing to complex projects in the South-East European region, with a focus on Albania. Her professional activity takes place in an international context, collaborating with organizations in Albania and neighboring countries, where she promotes the exchange of expertise in areas such as economic, real estate, and engineering development. Proficient in several foreign languages – English, German, Italian, and Spanish – Stela Koci participates in transnational initiatives that facilitate knowledge transfer and sustainable investments. Although based in Tirana, her influence extends to regional networks, supporting projects that integrate European standards into the emerging economies of the Balkans.
