Valeriia Karaman, an actress and model originally from the Republic of Moldova, was born on August 15, 1996, and grew up in Ukraine, in the city of Kherson. Although her main area of activity is associated with cinema in the United States of America, her international debut came with the role of a mermaid in the film "The Lighthouse" (2019), directed by Robert Eggers, an acclaimed American production with 90% on Rotten Tomatoes. She continued with roles in films such as "Egregor" (2021), where she played Tiko, an assassin, and "Optimus Gang" (2020), demonstrating versatility in various genres, from horror to action.
