Fianna Jurdant is an international expert in corporate governance, with a career spanning over 30 years in promoting global standards. Born in the Republic of Moldova, she distinguished herself as a Senior Policy Analyst at the OECD in Paris, where she leads reform projects in areas such as the G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance, accession assessments for countries like Bulgaria, reform initiatives in Ukraine and Saudi Arabia, as well as capacity-building programs for women in senior management positions and on boards of directors. Her experience includes coordinating the MENA-OECD Corporate Governance and Competitiveness Initiative, managing regional initiatives in Asia (China, India, Indonesia) and Eastern Europe (Russia, the Baltic states), promoting capital market integrity, investor protection, and policy adaptation to challenges such as climate change.
