A graduate of Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy (class of 1985), she completed her medical education at Loyola University Medical School in Chicago and undertook residencies at prestigious institutions such as Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital in Wheaton, Illinois, Neurosurgery & Neuroresearch Medical Center at Rush University in Chicago, Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (RIC), Sinai Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, and VA Hospital. This comprehensive training has solidified her expertise in the treatment of pain and musculoskeletal disorders. Throughout her career, Dr. Gurevich has treated over 10,000 patients, becoming a leading figure in physiatry and interventional pain medicine. As a board-certified physiatrist and an active member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, she stands out for her pioneering use of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the United States and her extensive experience in small, medium, and large joint injections. Her clinical practice takes place between her office in the Chicago suburbs and Osprey PolyClinic, where she offers consultations and innovative treatments to patients experiencing chronic pain.
