She began in the NGO sector with fundraising, later moving into IT consulting and business development, rapidly adapting to international markets, particularly in France, where she currently resides in Paris. Her experience in consultative sales and project management places her at the forefront of digital transformation, contributing to innovative solutions such as AI platforms for banks and the liberation of legacy software. Of Romanian origin, Rodica Guisset lived in Hungary before settling in France, reinventing herself professionally by learning the language and adapting to a new environment. She has multiple higher education degrees, including Executive MBAs and an MA in International Relations, complemented by training in economics, business administration, marketing, and management.
