Angela Gladei is a remarkable leader in the social field in the Republic of Moldova, with a career of over 29 years marked by leadership positions in the financial and entrepreneurial sectors, where she promoted sustainable economic development and support for women. She was the president of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Moldova (AFAM) between 2018 and 2023, expanding the organization's presence in rural areas by opening branches in Ungheni, Tiraspol, and Comrat, and negotiating partnerships with associations from Romania and public authorities. She also led the Employers' Association of Alternative Financial Companies (APCFA) and founded BDC Creative, offering consulting, mentoring, and feasibility studies for local businesses, contributing to attracting investments and creating a favorable business environment in the country. Through her expertise in financial management, risk, and projects, Angela Gladei has collaborated with major institutions such as ProCredit Bank, Victoriabank, Total Leasing & Finance, and ACAM, where she implemented financing strategies for SMEs, green and agricultural products, as well as risk and marketing policies. Her education includes an MBA from Grenoble Ecole de Management, a Bachelor's in Banking from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, and studies in History at the State University, complemented by certifications in strategic management and training. As the founder of One Life, a mind-body-soul detoxification center for families, she integrates social development with corporate responsibility, promoting projects that stimulate female entrepreneurship and the reintegration of the diaspora. On a personal level, Angela Gladei is a balanced woman, passionate about history, literature, and cultural explorations, who begins her day with reflection and simple rituals to maintain inner balance.
