Previously, between May 2023 and January 2025, she worked as a Specialist for these three countries within the same institution, developing a solid network of professional contacts in the field of business and economic diplomacy. Her activity focuses on promoting high-level political and economic dialogue, with participation in prestigious international conferences. Elena Bolea's academic background reflects her orientation towards diplomacy and international relations. She graduated from study programs at the International Free University of Moldova and attended courses at the European Academy of Diplomacy between 2021 and 2022, which provided her with the necessary skills to function effectively in multicultural and diplomatic environments. Her professional competencies include managing relationships with institutions and economic entities, coordinating international events, and fluent communication in Romanian, English, and other European languages, which optimally positions her for the role of mediator between different regions and cultures. Through her work at the Economic Forum in Poland, Elena Bolea contributes to strengthening economic and political ties between Romania, Moldova, and Bulgaria, facilitating dialogue between leaders from these countries and other European states.
