Felicia Belostecinic is an economist and international economic development specialist from the Republic of Moldova, with an impressive career marked by top positions in global institutions such as the Harvard Growth Lab, where she has been working as a Research Fellow since 2022, coordinating technical analyses and applied research projects in countries such as Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan, and Morocco. A graduate of a Master in Public Administration in International Development at the Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service at Georgetown University, she has accumulated vast experience in quantitative analysis, primary data collection, and public sector engagements, having previously worked at the International Monetary Fund, IDinsight, and the Reserve Bank of India. Among her notable achievements are the publication of reports, policy briefs, and journal articles, contributing to data-driven economic policy recommendations. Throughout her 9 years of professional experience, Felicia has collaborated with prestigious organizations in multiple countries, including the US, Senegal, Nigeria, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, and Azerbaijan, holding roles such as Co-Founder and Chief Economist at dData, Associate at IDinsight—where she evaluated community empowerment programs and monitoring systems for preschools in Morocco—and Research Assistant at the Economic Council to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova.
