Alexandrina Robu-Cepoi is a Moldovan professional based in Belgium since 2017, who has built a remarkable career in European institutions and organizations. She holds a Master's and PhD degree in International Law from the [College of Europe in Natolin](https://coenatolin.eu/), and since 2019, she has held the position of parliamentary assistant at the European Parliament. With over 15 years of professional experience in European affairs, she has specialized in energy policies, regional security, and negotiations, being involved in projects of strategic importance at the European level. In addition to her work at the European Parliament, Alexandrina Robu-Cepoi is a member of the Board of Directors and president of the Women's Committee of [JEUNE - Young Entrepreneurs Organization of the European Union](https://www.jeune.eu/), an institution with over one million members in the European Union and neighboring countries. Previously, she worked as the executive director of the Employers' Association of the Energy Sector of the Republic of Moldova and coordinated projects with Central Europe Energy Partners and other organizations specializing in energy efficiency and regional development. Her passion for the energy sector and gender equality has been reflected in numerous initiatives and projects with significant impact on European policies.
