Irina Novac is a Moldovan professional with over 12 years of experience in public administration and project evaluation. After graduating with a degree in Food Technology Engineering from the Technical University of Moldova, she gained diverse experience in the production and administration sectors, working for companies in the Republic of Moldova such as Tehnodiamant and Ferex GB, where she held positions of responsibility in areas like operational management and technological strategies. Her career then shifted towards the Canadian public sector, where she became an evaluation specialist at the Department of National Defence in Ottawa, Ontario. To optimally prepare for this field, Irina completed a Master's degree in Public Administration with a specialization in project evaluation at [ENAP - École nationale d'administration publique in Quebec, between 2017 and 2019. Her knowledge in evaluation and program assessment was further strengthened through participation in professional forums dedicated to this subject. Irina has successfully integrated into the Canadian environment, where she works as a research specialist at the Department of National Defence, contributing to the development of evaluation policies and the analysis of programs of strategic interest. Fluency in four languages - Russian, Romanian, French, and English - helps her work effectively within the multicultural context of the Canadian public administration, facilitating collaborations between various institutions and experts from different fields of specialization.
