At just 19 years old, in 2022, she won the prestigious title of Top Model Romania, at Bucharest Fashion Week, after a strict competition that evaluated not only appearance and height, but also the participants' attitude and character. Her runway walks in swimwear and evening gowns demonstrated her professionalism, culminating in an emotionally shocking moment on stage when she heard her name announced as the winner. Previously, she had participated in major competitions such as Miss Moldova 2019 and Miss Tourism Beauty 2020, experiences that, although disappointing locally, motivated her to try her luck in Romania, thus bringing an important trophy to her home country. With a career marked by a passion for modeling, Milena has collaborated with major international events and photographers such as Luca Foscili, positioning herself as a prominent figure in the region's fashion industry. Although she initially dreamed of a rapid rise, after reaching the top in Top Model Romania, she decided to gradually withdraw from runways, considering them a temporary hobby. Her plans shifted towards entrepreneurship, launching business ideas in Spain, where she has been living for over a year, including classic women's suits and handmade bags.
