With a career spanning over 29 years, she has led major initiatives within prestigious companies such as Fidelity Investments, TIAA, IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Price Waterhouse, where she developed and implemented innovative workforce analytics and organizational transformation strategies. She holds a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Moldova State University and is fluent in English, Romanian, and Russian, being recognized as one of the most influential leaders in HR tech and HR analytics globally. Lupushor founded Reframe.Work Inc., a consultancy firm that helps organizations and startups navigate digital transformations without losing the human dimension of work, based on a model centered on humans, people analytics, and futurology.
