About
Mariana Lozovanu was born in Moldova, in the picturesque village of Lozova, where she spent the first 25 years of her life, graduating from the Faculty of Journalism and Public Communication at the Free International University of Moldova. Arriving in the United States of America in 2010, together with her husband Alexandru, a winner of the Green Card lottery, she channeled her passion for sales, marketing, and communication into the real estate field, debuting in 2013 at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and later at HomeSmart. As an experienced real estate agent in Phoenix and the surrounding areas, she has completed numerous transactions with single-family homes, condominiums, and townhomes, helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence, guided by values such as honesty, patience, and perseverance. In parallel with her real estate career, Mariana Lozovanu is a Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist at the New College of Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences at Arizona State University, West Valley campus, where she contributes to the promotion of academic programs and community events. She has published two books on Amazon about success in real estate and is the president of the Community of Moldovans in Arizona (CMA), founded to preserve Moldovan traditions, facilitate the integration of the diaspora into American society, and organize charitable activities. Under her leadership, CMA launched the humanitarian campaign "Care for Moldova" in 2021, supporting vulnerable families with food and hygiene products. Mariana Lozovanu's personal life is marked by family and a deep sense of community: raised alongside her husband Alexandru and their two wonderful children, she emphasizes humility, charity, and volunteering, inspired by the lives of saints. Although far from her homeland, she constantly promotes Moldovan values through events featuring traditional dishes such as plăcinte, sarmale, and plăcinte, maintaining a connection with her roots and helping her fellow citizens in any way possible, believing her mission is to guide people towards a better life.
