About

Anastasia Gracheva is a remarkable figure skater, the first representative of the Republic of Moldova to compete at a senior European Championship, at the 2023 edition in Espoo, Finland. Born on November 14, 2001, in Moscow, where she began skating in 2005, she represented Russia until 2020, achieving notable results at Russian national championships. Under the guidance of coach Julia Lebedeva, Gracheva has accumulated impressive performances in international competitions, including victories at the Bosphorus Cup Istanbul (2022 and 2024), Budapest Trophy (2025), Skate Helena (2025), and other trophies such as the Golden Spin or Merano Ice Trophy, with a personal best of 167.56 points. She is active within the Krylstal Sports Complex Club in Moscow, where she trains year-round, and represents Moldova at major competitions organized by the International Skating Union (ISU), including the World Championships in 2023 (Saitama), 2024 (Montreal), and 2026, as well as the 2026 Europeans in Sheffield. Her successes, such as the 1st place at the Black Sea Ice Cup or Denkova-Staviski Cup, have brought visibility to Moldovan figure skating, with qualifications supported by the National Olympic and Sports Committee of the Republic of Moldova. A student passionate about reading and handicrafts, Anastasia maintains a balance between her intense sports career and personal life, remaining anchored in her Moscow origins while honoring Moldova's representation on the international stage. Although details about her family are not public, her constant dedication in the senior individual event positions her as a role model for young female athletes in the Republic of Moldova, contributing to the development of winter sports in a country with limited tradition in this field.
