Gear, Inc., and then as an applications technician at the City of Simi Valley. Her rapid progress culminated in IT manager roles at The Walt Disney Company for eight years, director of technical services at Decurion Corporation/Pacific Theatres/ArcLight Cinema, and subsequently, various senior positions at Medtronic, where she currently holds the position of Senior Service Delivery Program Manager for managed services. At Medtronic, one of the largest medical device manufacturing companies, Diana Godelman managed teams in Los Angeles and Shanghai, China, holding roles such as Senior IT Manager for Enterprise Support Services, Regional Infrastructure Operations, and Operations Architecture. Her extensive experience in operational design, IT infrastructure, and technical services has contributed to optimizing operational efficiency in complex global environments. She is also active in professional organizations such as the Technology Business Council, the Society for Information Management, and the Help Desk Institute, demonstrating her commitment to the advancement of the technological field.
