Ren Fuller, a remarkable visual artist, photographer, and director, was born in the former USSR, now the Republic of Moldova, and emigrated with her family to the USA at the age of six, initially settling in Philadelphia. A graduate of the prestigious NYU Tisch film school, with a focus on directing and post-production, she began her career in post-production but discovered her passion for photography after heading the photography department for Munchery in New York. Her bright and playful style, based on capturing authentic moments through natural or strobe-controlled lighting, has propelled her into collaborations with giants such as The New York Times, PepsiCo, Patrón, McDonald's, Walmart, and Etsy, creating campaigns for food, lifestyle, and adventure photography. Currently based in Los Angeles, Ren Fuller is represented by Holl & Artists and frequently works in areas such as LA, New York, and San Francisco. She also has a European presence through international artistic connections, including potential ties to the Netherlands via her representation. Her major achievements include photographs for award-winning books like Rick Martinez's "Mi Cocina" (New York Times Best Seller, James Beard Award), "Downshiftology," and "Prep & Rally," as well as editorial projects for Sunset Magazine, Bon Appétit, and Martha Stewart. She hosts the podcast "Photo Dump" about commercial photography and excels at seamless transitions between studio still life and on-location shoots, including at extreme altitudes like Everest Base Camp. Ren Fuller's personal life reflects a passion for adventure and balance. Married to a cinematographer and editor, with whom she often collaborates, she is the mother of a food-loving little girl and enjoys rock climbing, trekking, and traveling to over 30 countries. A self-taught photographer, she emphasizes hard work and lessons learned from mistakes, fostering collaborative environments on set. From Brooklyn, where she lived for a decade, to the Californian sun, Ren continues to inspire with images that blend rigorous technique with authentic storytelling.
